In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-designed features for our mobile app.

- Design, develop, and test complex features, prioritizing scalability, performance, and a smooth user experience.

- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of multi-sprint initiatives, from architectural design through production release and post-launch monitoring.

- Make architectural decisions that improve modularization, maintainability, and long-term system reliability.

- Create reusable, scalable components and establish patterns that become standards for the team.

- Optimize performance to ensure quick and responsive user interactions, even under high-load scenarios.

- Implement robust security measures for data protection and compliance.

- Improve observability by defining monitoring standards, dashboards, alerts, and failure-handling strategies.

- Lead refactoring efforts to reduce technical debt and increase development velocity.

- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and testing practices to ensure safe and efficient releases.
