About this role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition , good communication skills, and be comfortable speaking with candidates and handling multiple follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Update candidate status in recruitment systems/ATS.
- Support the TA team in closing open positions within timelines.
- Assist with other recruitment and HR activities as required.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication .
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets .
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Comfortable making candidate calls.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment/TA experience are also welcome.
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates looking to build a career specifically in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Recruitment, Sourcing, or Staffing will be preferred.
