The Role

As a Civil Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, S3D, E3D, and CADWorx for 3D modelling, drawing extraction, and detailing.
- Strong expertise in RCC and Structural Steel detailing, including fabrication and erection drawings.
- Experience executing and supporting US and international projects.
- Proven ability to mentor junior designers, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
- Strong experience coordinating with clients, home offices, and global execution teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality design outputs within project schedules.

About You 
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

- More than 20 years of experience in Civil & Structural design and detailing for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Industrial projects.
- Thorough knowledge of model reviews, interdisciplinary coordination, and detailed drawing checking.
- Excellent communication skills with flexibility to support late-evening client and home office meetings.
