Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a HoloLens Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) within our FSR QA/QC division.

The HoloLens Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) is responsible for supporting field quality, installation verification and clash management through the use of AR/MR technology. The role provides independent, model-based inspections to ensure installations align with design intent, project specifications and quality standards. Working closely with site teams, the QAR identifies field issues, facilitates resolution strategies and promotes accountability across all trades.

Requirements

- Conduct model-to-field inspections of trade installations using the HoloLens.

- Identify, document and manage field clashes and installation discrepancies.

- Coordinate clash resolution activities between Tool Install, Base Build and other project stakeholders.

- Perform Pre (Prefac) reviews and construction readiness assessments.

- Carry out in-progress and post-installation quality inspections using HoloLens.

- Manage the preparation, deployment and maintenance of models used within the HoloLens program.

- Establish and verify project control points, datums, and spatial alignment requirements.

- Maintain issue-tracking systems and provide clear, accurate reporting on field observations and resolutions.

- Support project quality objectives by promoting compliance with approved models, specifications and installation standards.

- Deliver training and guidance to site personnel on the effective use of AR/MR technologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and installation accuracy through digital construction methods.

Position Requirements:

- Strong understanding of construction, installation and field coordination practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Teams.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise competing site requirements.

- Proficient in Autodesk Navisworks and digital construction workflows.

- Good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM360 or equivalent issue management platforms.

- Understanding of BIM standards, site specifications and spatial coordination principles.

- Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies and their application within construction and quality processes.

- Site-based role with regular inspections in active construction environments.

- May involve occasional travel to multiple project sites within Ireland.

- PPE must be always worn; compliance with site safety protocols is mandatory.

What We Offer:

- 45 hour week – dayshift only

- Hours - 7 – 430pm

- Annual salary depending upon experience

- Range €60,000 to €65,000.
