Join our MM Board & Paper team in Vienna as a Business Process Manager Transportation & Warehouse Management and play a key role in shaping efficient, end-to-end ERP solutions that power operational excellence and business success.
## Your impact

You are responsible for ensuring our ERP solutions for Transportation & Warehousing are available for all mills of the MM Board & Paper organisation:

- You partner with board and paper mill teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative logistics and ERP solutions together with IT and external partners
- You shape the future of our logistics landscape by driving the development and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA-based solutions, including SAP TM, SAP EWM, and integrated platforms such as Transporeon
- You take ownership of designing, harmonising, and optimising logistics processes across our division, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence
- You play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and advancing logistics processes and system solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholder
- You proactively identify operational challenges, understand user needs, and implement improvements that create measurable value for the business
- You lead smaller projects independently and contribute as a stream lead in larger transformation programs

What you bring

You are an experienced Business Process Manager who likes being close to the business and implementation a new ERP solution to our organisation.

- Academic degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Multiple years of experience in process excellence, project management, or business transformation roles
- Deep understanding of logistics and end-to-end business processes within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Solid SAP expertise, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA landscape, including knowledge of Transportation Management (TM) and/or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication in English (C-Level) and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Ability to successfully lead projects, facilitate workshops, align diverse stakeholder interests, and drive change across multiple locations and functions

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
