About this role
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using Java and JavaScript.
- Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases, including database design and SQL queries.
- Apply software design patterns and development best practices.
- Use Git for source code management and version control.
- Develop and integrate APIs using REST and SOAP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL database design and SQL queries.
- Good understanding of software design patterns.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Familiarity with API development and integration, particularly REST and SOAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
