About this role

We're looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to join our Finance and Business Operations team to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to the operational processes that sit across our Commercial teams and Finance team. You'll own key workflows across customer footprints, billing, contract renewals, and making sure important steps are completed accurately and on time.

You'll work closely with Customer Success, Business Operations, and other internal teams to turn currently manual and sometimes ad-hoc processes into clear, reliable workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, spot gaps, build processes where they don't exist, and follow through to make sure they work in practice. You'll also have an opportunity to improve how we track information and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.

About you

- You have 3–5 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, customer operations, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or startup environment.

- You're highly organized and extremely detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple manual workflows, follow-ups, deadlines, and stakeholders independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- You're strong with data and spreadsheets and can maintain accurate operational trackers and dashboards, spot inconsistencies, and translate data into clear insights and actions for different stakeholders.

- You're a critical thinker and strong problem solver who is comfortable working in ambiguous or undefined environments .

- You're strong at building and improving processes , with the ability to identify gaps and dependencies , create clear roles, steps, ownership, and SLAs from the ground up, and continuously refine workflows to improve visibility and reduce manual work .

- You're a clear, proactive communicator and effective stakeholder manager who is comfortable navigating different teams, following up with customers and internal stakeholders, and keeping work moving without constant direction.

What you'll do

- Own customer footprint operations end to end , from setting up footprint requirements and coordinating customer follow-ups through submission, review, data validation, and finalization, ensuring information is accurate and completed on time.

- Manage the operational workflows that support billing and renewals , working closely with Finance and Customer Success to ensure footprint data is accurate, billing inputs are up to date, and upcoming or delayed customer requirements are visible and actioned on time.

- Build and maintain clear visibility across key customer operations , including submitted and outstanding footprints, renewal requirements, contract expirations, customer requests, and other operational milestones, proactively flagging gaps and risks to the right stakeholders.

- Coordinate directly with customers on operational requirements , following up on outstanding information, communicating clearly and tactfully, and escalating relationship-sensitive issues to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.

- Build, improve, and operationalize processes across Customer Success and Finance , turning ad-hoc workflows into clear, repeatable ways of working, clarifying ownership and SLAs, improving data quality, and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work through better tools or automation.
