The Opportunity:
As a CACI Mission and Engineering Support (M&ES) Line of Business Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer, you will play a key role in driving our enterprise transition to the Microsoft Power Platform and O365 applications within GCC-High Cloud and DoD Cloud environments. You will leverage deep expertise in O365 tools—including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Copilot Studio—and advanced Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals. A strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra ID), identity management, GovCloud, and CUI-compliant data security is essential.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will collaborate closely with a distributed development team where proactive communication is essential. You will design, develop, and deploy secure applications—specifically within GCC-High and DoD Cloud—that enhance business processes. The role operates on a standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule and includes daily coordination with fellow Power Platform developers and the Technical Project Lead. A strong background in SharePoint Online is highly valuable. · Research and analyze requirements to determine programming needs and technical approaches · Design and develop secure Power Platform solutions using industry best practices · Apply software testing methodologies to identify and resolve defects · Collaborate with the team to ensure clean, maintainable, high-quality code · Build advanced Power BI reports and dashboards and present insights to stakeholders · Customize and optimize existing solutions to improve performance and functionality · Document solution architecture, configurations, and code changes accurately
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Power Apps (canvas + model-driven), Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse · Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Power Platform applications and ALM/environment management · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and SDLC best practices · Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and building custom connectors (REST APIs, OAuth 2.0) · Experience working in secure cloud environments such as GCC-High, DoD Cloud, Azure Government, with CUI, RBAC, Zero Trust, FedRAMP concepts · Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams (technical, development, acquisition, contracts, program management) · Data skills: DAX, Power Query/M, JSON, HTML; data modeling and transformations · Copilot Studio custom agents: conversation/topic design, prompt engineering, multi-turn dialog, grounding data, Responsible AI/content filtering · Ability to obtain a minimum Secret security clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
