Job Title: Senior Consultant - QA

Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements and business processes.

- Oversee the execution of tests, manage test environments, and ensure adherence to test procedures.

- Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution, working with development teams to fix identified issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful testing.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate test status and findings, and address any issues or concerns.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members.

- Own and drive defect management and QA progress reporting throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely identification, prioritisation, assignment, resolution, and closure of defects.

- Develop and maintain QA dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide clear visibility into overall testing progress and application quality.

- Track and present daily/weekly QA metrics, including test cases planned, ready, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and pending, along with overall execution and pass percentages.

- Provide defect analytics by module, severity/priority, status, age, and business impact, identifying trends and areas requiring immediate attention.

Competency:

(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Services, and architecture.

- Conduct integration testing between B2B, OFS, CPQ and upstream/downstream systems like CRM and ERP

- Automation - Selenium (Java)/Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, TOSCA - test case analysis, execution, and reporting

Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week
