Job Requirements
DUTIES:
1. Managing projects within allocated investment budgets, focused on maintaining and developing the plant's external and internal infrastructure.
2. Providing substantive support and implementing activities related to the ongoing maintenance of the plant's infrastructure.
3. Supervision and coordination of external companies performing commissioned work on the employer's premises.
4. Ensuring compliance of ongoing projects and processes with Polish law and corporate requirements.
5. Creating specifications and requests for proposals.
6. Updating the plant's building and infrastructure documentation.
7. Supporting the company's internal administrative processes.
Work Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education (preferably in the plumbing or electrical industry).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing investment projects.
- Experience in the ongoing maintenance of building infrastructure.
- Knowledge of construction law.
- Minimum English language proficiency. B2
- Ability to read technical specifications, documentation, and technical drawings
- Ability to independently solve technical problems
- Timely and results-oriented
- Ability to make effective decisions
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
