Pharmacy Technician - 3 days/week - 20min from Cork City Centre

Clarity Recruitment is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join a pharmacy based in Co. Cork (approx. 20 minutes from Cork City Centre)

What you need to know:
This is a permanent role offering a great work-life balance, working 3 days per week on a rotating schedule (Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday) . No Bank Holidays required! You'll be backed by a brilliant support team, including 2 experienced technicians, helping you cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the software used.

What were looking for:

- Assisting the pharmacist with preparing, labelling and dispensing prescriptions

- Managing prescription queries, phone calls and customer requests

- Ordering and managing stock, including storage and expiry checks

- Advising customers on over-the-counter products, under pharmacist supervision

- Assisting with claims processing and related paperwork

- Any other duties as required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative

- Strong time management

- A genuine focus on customer service

What we require:

- Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year) is favourable.

- A Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies.

Salary is competitive and based on experience!
