Product Operations Analyst

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

- Monitor sports events, betting activity, liabilities, and risk exposure in real time
- Manage positions across sports to optimise profitability and minimise risk
- Perform customer analysis and support bet limit decisions
- Investigate market trends and competitor activity to inform trading actions
- Make real-time adjustments and recommendations to improve performance
- Act as a key point of contact for sportsbook-related queries and escalations
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor sportsbook platform health and support business protection efforts
- Conduct product and customer experience testing, including UAT activities
- Support the resolution of large-scale product or operational issues
- Maintain strong awareness of sportsbook operations, including fixtures, settlement, and results
- Perform end-to-end platform testing to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support sportsbook configuration and operational setup
- Contribute to broader business activities, including after-hours support where required

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

- Strong knowledge of sports and the sports betting industry
- Understanding of live trading and pre-match betting environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with numbers and data-driven insights
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

- Experience in sportsbook trading or product operations environments
- Understanding of betting risk management and liability control
- Familiarity with sportsbook platforms and operational tools
- Exposure to customer behaviour analysis within betting or gaming environments
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in betting
