We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager UK Europe US and LATAM

In this fantastic role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality workplace services across a complex regional portfolio. This is an opportunity to work at scale in a globally connected organisation where effective facilities management directly supports colleagues and business performance.

As an HSBC employee in the UK, you’ll have access to tailored professional development opportunities and a competitive pay and benefits package. This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.

In this role, you will:

- Lead regional Facilities Management delivery across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring safe, resilient, high-quality and efficient workplace services that meet business and colleague needs.
- Embed global FM standards and coordinate market delivery, ensuring policies, procedures and the RES operating model are applied consistently, while local requirements and variances are properly governed.
- Manage outsourced FM suppliers and operational governance, including the JLL partnership, service reviews, performance reporting, issue escalation, remediation tracking and delivery of core services such as cleaning, maintenance and building operations.
- Drive risk, resilience, assurance and commercial performance, covering incident management, continuity planning, controls and documentation, budgets, forecasting, cost discipline, savings and cost-avoidance opportunities.
- Lead collaboration, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, working across Workspace Operations & Services, Engineering, Health & Safety, Hospitality and ESG to drive standardisation, digitisation, automation/AI, service improvements and actions through to completion.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:

- Proven experience delivering Facilities Management and workplace operations across a multi-site or regional portfolio, balancing service quality, operational risk, colleague experience and cost performance with strong execution discipline.
- Strong practical understanding of FM operations, including building services and maintenance, with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Health & Safety, Hospitality, ESG and other specialist teams to support safe, reliable and efficient workplaces.
- Experience managing outsourced FM operating models and strategic supplier relationships, including governance routines, performance reviews, service-level monitoring and issue remediation through to closure. The role also requires sound financial judgement across budgeting, forecasting, cost control, savings and cost avoidance.
- Ability to identify, assess and manage facilities-related operational risks across a regional portfolio, supporting incident management, business continuity, assurance, due diligence and alignment with HSBC’s risk and control framework.
- collaboration and change leadership: Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence Regional and Market leadership in a matrix organisation, collaborate across markets and service lines, manage ambiguity and competing priorities, drive actions to completion, and lead simplification, digitisation and adoption of global standards
