How You Will Make an Impact:

- Own and drive the Luminor AI Platform product backlog end-to-end, translating strategic objectives into a prioritized roadmap and ensuring successful delivery of key outcomes.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across Luminor, helping teams adopt and scale AI-powered solutions.
- Continuously prioritize and manage the AI Platform backlog, covering AI use case intake, platform capabilities, governance, integrations, testing, deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Design and implement the AI idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization process, ensuring a smooth path from concept to execution.
- Lead regular idea review and prioritization sessions in collaboration with the AI Platform Architect and key stakeholders.
- Define testing and verification standards for AI solutions and establish pre-deployment quality gates.
- Drive platform monitoring, operational health metrics, and service performance together with engineering teams.
- Establish and oversee cost tracking and optimization across AWS, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and other AI platform services.
- Create a seamless onboarding experience for new teams and employees and transform user feedback into platform improvements.
- Lead day-to-day product ownership activities, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap execution.
- Partner closely with architects, technical leads, security, and governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act and DORA.
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively remove obstacles to delivery.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, providing guidance and support to stakeholders adopting AI solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role managing product backlogs and priorities
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience working with AI solutions, including LLMs, Copilot/Copilot Studio, AI agents, or automation platforms
- Practical experience building AI agents, automations, or agent-based solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent) is considered an advantage
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
