Job Summary:

Supports Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities through advanced data analysis, demand and supply insights, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Responsible for developing analytical solutions, performance dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy, inventory management, operational efficiency, and business decision-making. Acts as a key partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and implement scalable solutions using modern analytics and automation tools.

What you will do:

- This role is primarily responsible for supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicating downstream for required actions. Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective. Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.
- Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated solutions through the use and development of technologies, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities which will result in performance improvements.
- Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
- Developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.
- Lead analytical initiatives that transform business data into actionable insights, supporting S&OP decisions, forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and strategic planning while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement

What you will have:

- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
- Continuous Transformation : Knowledge of evolving the business to remain competitive; ability to understand, adapt oneself to respond to and proactively seek changes and innovation in the business environment to improve the competitive advantage of an organization.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience developing process automation and digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Copilot, AI tools, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into business actions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Planning environments.

Top candidates will also have:

- Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Knowledge/Interaction of/with Intelligent Automation CoE
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence background.
- Advanced English proficiency

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
