Clinical Training Specialist EMEA (M/F).

As part of the development of our activities in Europe, we are looking for a Clinical Training Specialist EMEA passionate about medical innovation and clinical training. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and deploying cutting-edge solutions in interventional oncology.
Your mission
- As a clinical expert, you support physicians, nurses, radiology technicians, and hospital teams in the use of our portfolio of interventional oncology devices, notably in the fields of cryoablation, microwave ablation, embolization, and other innovative technologies.
- You actively contribute to improving patient care by providing training, technical support, and clinical assistance to our clients and partners.
- Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate and support clinical procedures using interventional oncology products.
- Train and support physicians, nurses, and hospital teams in the use of the devices.
- Provide technical and clinical support to the sales teams.
- Work closely with the European and international Medical Affairs teams.
- Organize and coordinate the annual preventive maintenance of installed equipment.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance and repair operations when necessary.
- Participate in the development of new accounts and the expansion of activities with healthcare institutions in Europe.
- Identify clinical market needs and share your recommendations with management.
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and educational events for healthcare professionals and internal collaborators.
- Provide a strategic vision on clinical support needs within the EMEA region.
Work Experience
Your profile: Education:
- Higher education degree in the medical or scientific field.
- English level C1 or professional English.
- Experience and technical skills:
- Significant clinical experience, ideally as:
- Radiologic technologist in medical electroradiology (interventional imaging / CT scan),
- Operating room nurse,
- Surgical technician or assistant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the use or support of ablation technologies.
- Good understanding of interventional oncology procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding, and constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal qualities:
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
- Ease in communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Team spirit and ability to work independently.
- Responsiveness, adaptability, and ability to effectively support change.
- Curiosity, creativity, and solution orientation.
- Mobility:
- This position involves frequent travel (50%) mainly in France and England.
- Occasionally to other European countries in the EMEA region.
