<b>Overview</b><br><p>As Customer Engagement Program Management professional in the Digital Operations team, you will lead strategic customer engagements to identify blockers and work with product teams on actionable product feedback. You will be the technical architect to accelerate deployments and scaling customer adoption Azure IoT products. This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business acumen, grow your technical skills in actual customer use cases, and lead programs. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Customer Acceleration & Satisfaction: Drive customer acceleration by identifying blockers, reassessing project scopes, validating conditions of success, and capturing feedback to inform future deployments.</li><li>Customer-Centric Solutioning: Independently engage with customers to understand their needs, map Microsoft solutions to their use cases.</li><li>Technical Leadership & Architecture: Act as a technical architect, driving complex end-to-end solutions, resolving issues, and collaborating across engineering, support, and sales to drive product adoption and customer success.</li><li>Product & Service Enhancement: Support engineering with client context, prioritize development based on feasibility and impact, and ensure alignment between customer goals and internal roadmaps.</li><li>Strategic Enablement & Evangelism: Develop and deliver training content, and internal learning sessions; contribute to presentations. And advise less experienced colleagues on synthesizing feedback for scalable impact.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support engineering and sales teams with client context, prioritize development based on feasibility and impact, and ensure alignment between customer goals and internal roadmaps. </li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development or equivalent experience.</li><li>Customer engagement with proven track records in relationship management and edge+cloud architecture work</li><li>Experience in industrial sectors like manufacturing, energy or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience with protocols, data modeling, Kubernetes, device management and adjacent technologies </li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: <ul><li>Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. </li></ul></li></ul> <br><br><p>Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 93,500.00 - £ 161,800.00 per year.
