About this role

Work Flexibility: Onsite

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm, with OT as needed by the business.

What you will do:

- Coordinate production resources and schedules to meet daily output goals.
- Train team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Monitor hourly performance and ensure attainment targets are achieved.
- Execute production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues as the first point of contact.
- Document and communicate issues through daily improvement processes.
- Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience

$27.00/hr. + $2.00/hr. Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
