About this role

Job Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) is entrusted to lead and oversee operations supporting a large-scale contract of similar size, scope, and complexity. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with proven expertise in coordinating multi-national workforces in remote or contingency locations. This role will require adaptability, excellence under pressure, and the ability to lead teams effectively in challenging environments. The PM is responsible for the overall execution and successful delivery of the program, managing personnel, resources, compliance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

- At least five (5) years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- At least three (3) years of experience as an independent field manager.
- Demonstrated experience in a management or supervisory role, with preference given to those with experience in remote or contingency locations managing a multi-national workforce.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree from a U.S.-accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.

Security Clearance:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
