Pay Details

- $1,200 average weekly pay
- Pay based on experience: $0.53–$0.64 CPM
- Up to 2,000 miles per week
- $20 for loads under 100 miles
- $15 stop pay for sweep trailer and backhaul, paid once
- No bonus offered

Job Details

- Dedicated local dry van operation
- Hiring location: Shafter, CA
- Routes within approximately 40 miles of the distribution center for dispatch , with deliveries throughout the Central Valley, greater Los Angeles area, and Las Vegas
- No-touch freight
- Drivers do not load or unload
- Swap trailers at customer locations
- Trailer must be secured with king pin locks
- Slip-seat operation
- Company trucks remain at the Shafter facility
- Reliable transportation to and from work required

Shift Details

- Night shift
- Operation runs 24/7, Monday–Sunday
- Home daily when operationally possible
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- During peak periods, drivers may work 6 days with 1 day off
- Lower-volume periods may provide 5 days on / 2 days off
- Peak season may require 2–3 overnight stays per week
- Holiday work required

Job Requirements

- Valid Class A CDL
- First-seat experienced drivers and trainees considered
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift 15–20 lbs. to secure trailers
- Reliable transportation to the Shafter facility
- Must be willing to occasionally stay overnight during peak periods
