About this role

What You Will Do:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive local Aero strategy and execution plan for the Krakow operation, aligned with business priorities, customer requirements, transition milestones, plant readiness, and AOP commitments.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Production, Purchasing, Test, Operations, Automation Engineering, Quality, and other supporting functions, with clear ownership of actions and associated KPIs.
- Set local priorities, make timely trade-off decisions, and resolve competing demands across functional teams to protect customer commitments and transition timing.
- Own transfer of work efforts, including readiness reviews, risk mitigation, milestone delivery, and stabilization with minimal customer impact.
- Establish, lead, and stabilize the Aero operating system within the Krakow plant, initially with project cadences and transitioning the Krakow plant to standard Aero operating routines at the right time.
- Part of creation for Krakow AOP. Translate AOP agreements and leadership decisions into executable local plans, defined ownership, operating rhythms, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as the primary local interface between Krakow, EMSE, Aero business-unit leaders, sending sites, and the Actuation and Electronics PFT.
- Identify and escalate material risks, remove barriers, and lead resolution of conflicts involving local and external teams.

What You Will Need:

- Enterprise leadership: Ability to lead across functions and organizational boundaries without relying solely on direct authority.
- Strategic planning and execution: Skill in converting business strategy, AOP commitments, and transition objectives into clear priorities, milestones, resources, and operating plans.
- Complex program and transition management: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site product transfers, plant start-ups, launch readiness, stabilization, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Operational leadership: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supporting functions, including production, purchasing, test, engineering, automation, quality, and supply-chain interfaces.
- Decision-making and prioritization: Sound judgment under time pressure, with the ability to balance customer impact, safety, quality, delivery, cost, resources, and schedule.
- Operating-system discipline: Experience establishing management cadence, standard work, tiered accountability, visual management, escalation paths, and sustained follow-through.
- Performance management: Ability to interpret and act on SQDC, Bowler, launch, readiness, and transition metrics; identify trends; and drive corrective action.
- Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management: Credibility and communication skills to align plant teams, business-unit leaders, sending sites, project teams, and global product stakeholders.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving: Ability to surface issues early, facilitate fact-based decisions, resolve competing functional needs, and remove execution barriers.

- Comprehensive benefits package including private medical care, life & accident insurance
- Multisport card
- Meal vouchers
