About this role

Debt Syndicate Germany is part of UniCredit’s Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions.
The team is responsible for structuring, pricing, and syndicating loan transactions for German and international corporate clients across a broad range of industries. Working closely with Investment Grade Financing Solutions, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Relationship Management teams, Debt Syndicate plays a key role in executing acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations, and other strategic financing transactions.

- Support the preparation of client presentations, syndication materials, market updates, and internal credit documentation
- Conduct research and analysis on loan markets, financing transactions, industry trends, and comparable debt financings
- Assist in the execution of syndicated loan transactions, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle from origination to closing
- Analyse financial information and help prepare materials for internal committees and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Client Solutions product teams, Relationship Managers, and external banking partners

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field with strong academic performance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an interest in corporate finance, capital markets, and lending products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.
