Your role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Cleanroom Expert to join our team. As a Cleanroom Expert, you will be
responsible for developing and implementing procedures for cleanroom
operations, including gowning, cleaning, and air quality control. You will work
closely with our team to ensure that our cleanroom environment meets the
highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and implement cleanroom standards and procedures for clothing, airlocks, cleaning, and behavior.
- Create and implement local dress code guidelines and ensure their implementation.
- Prepare regular site reports and templates.
- Monitor and control cleanroom specifications, including particle content, temperature, and humidity.
- Support cleanroom certification and component testing.
- Participate in focus groups and failure analyses.
- Collaborate with the European cleanroom team on harmonization and project management.
- Control and approve cleanroom materials, tools, and equipment.
- Support site and cross-site projects related to cleanroom services.
- Plan and control project budgets.
- Implement cleanroom training and organize measuring instrument maintenance.
- Support QM during audits and cleanroom visits.
- Coordinate cleanroom clothing and communicate with suppliers.
- Collect and propose local solutions for cleanroom regulations.
- ESD coordinator,
responsible for ESD testing, processes, and internal audits
Your profile
You are a highly organized
and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. You have a strong background in cleanroom operations and a passion for
ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. You are a team
player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to new
situations.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Knowledge of Cleanroom
standards and regulations
- Experience in auditing and
gemba walk
- Technical expertise in
evaluating measurement data
- Strong English language
skills
- A precise and
detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on following rules and
regulations.
