About the Role

PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team is helping organisations modernise their data landscapes and unlock the value of AI. As part of our growing Data Modernisation practice, we're looking for a Data Transformation Manager to lead data migration workstreams within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading organisations as they move from legacy systems to modern platforms, leveraging data, automation and AI-enabled ways of working to transform business outcomes.

You'll join a collaborative team of data specialists, architects, product experts and transformation leaders, helping clients navigate complex migration challenges while shaping the future of AI-enabled delivery.

What your days will look like:

- Lead end-to-end data migration workstreams across discovery, profiling, mapping, transformation, testing, reconciliation, cutover and hypercare.
- Design and review migration solutions, data quality rules, reconciliation controls and governance processes to support successful delivery.
- Apply AI, automation and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency, quality and scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, resolving complex data challenges and supporting decision-making.
- Lead blended teams across UK, offshore and client environments, coaching junior team members and driving delivery excellence.
- Support commercial management, proposals, delivery estimates and continuous improvement initiatives across the wider practice.

The role is for you if you have:

- Experience leading data migration workstreams within ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Cloud or Digital Transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end migration lifecycle, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, cutover and hypercare.
- Experience managing migration plans, risks, dependencies, data quality and governance controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex data issues into business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Informatica, Alteryx or similar.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
