We are committed to teaching you the ropes. The Summer Analyst Program starts in June with an in-depth education on the Analyst role’s fundamentals and the nuances of Citi’s culture. The program also includes on-the-desk training, an informative speaker series, and networking opportunities. Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduating from university to become Full-Time Analysts and continue their career in technology.

Our technological solutions are the foundations of everything we do. We keep the bank safe and provide the technical tools our workers need to be successful. We design our digital architecture and ensure our platforms provide a first-class customer experience. Our operations teams manage risk, resources, and program management. We focus on enterprise resiliency and business continuity. We develop, coordinate, and execute strategic operational plans. Essentially, Chief Information Security Office (CISO) works together to ensure the safety of Citi’s and our clients’ assets and information.
You will make tangible contributions to high-impact, real-world projects that directly influence the evolution of banking. Your work could involve anything from developing next-generation digital banking solutions and fortifying our cybersecurity defenses to driving data-powered innovations and transforming customer experiences. Be a part of impactful initiatives that shape the future of finance.
While technologies can vary slightly from team to team, Analysts will have exposure within the following categories:
- Microservices Developer : Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Front-End Web Development : React or Angular, Apigee TypeScript, HTML5
- Generative AI & AI Agents : GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI (Agentic Code generation), Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization, Stylus Workspaces (In-house Gemini)
- Data Analytics: Utilizing tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered products.

To join Citi, you should meet the following criteria:
· Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
· Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees.
· A proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges with enthusiasm, leveraging Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions.
· Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
· Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
· Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
· Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
· Work Authorization: Authorized to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
