About this role

Fabrication Associate Pay & Skill Levels: Our Fabrication Associates positions are structured in two skill-based tiers, with starting pay determined by your qualifications and experience. Fabrication Associates have the opportunity to advance to the next tier by developing the required skills, demonstrating proficiency, and meeting the qualifications outlined for that level. This opportunity is available on day or night shift.

Day shift : 6am-2:30pm, M-F

Night shift : 2pm-12:30am, M-Th

Fabrication Associate I - $29.30 Day Shift - $31.94 Night Shift

- Ability to use Basic hand tools, mills, and tube bender proficiently

- Ability to run equipment in Fabrication Work Cell

Mill and tube bender, Roller, Pipe notcher

- Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication

Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion

- Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base

- Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it

- Adherence to the attendance policy

- All other duties as required

Fabrication Associate II - $31.94 Day Shift - $34.81 Night Shift

- All duties required by Fabrication Associate I

- Proficient in setting up machines and coordinating work in work cell

- The ability to change over tooling on tube bender

- Knows how to bend anything given to them in the shop with little or no direction

- Excellent print reading skills

Qualifications

- Experience in a similar role .

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others.

- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management.

- Problem-solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues.

- Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly. Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and paint sprayers and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
