You will support the commercialization recommendation approval process through a dedicated Commercialization/Product Delivery Centre of Excellence within Product Operations (Shared Services).
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Director, Product Shared Services.
Posting Type: Replacement.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $100,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end product launch strategy and execution across the product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, deployment, and first transaction. Deliver planned releases and roadmaps on budget and within scope while achieving defined benefits and OKR success metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, track, communicate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the commercialization process.
- Contribute to product strategy development in partnership with Product Strategy and Product Owners, aligning commercialization plans with business objectives.
- Support market intelligence and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities that inform successful product launches.
- Monitor product launch performance and feedback, applying insights to continuously improve commercialization strategies and delivery outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end execution of small to medium-sized products, solutions, or features, escalating complex challenges and seeking guidance as required.
- Coordinate and manage the commercialization process for new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring readiness across all stages of launch.
- Manage key product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, pilot programs, user acceptance testing, feature introductions, and launch execution.
- Foster collaborative relationships across product, technology, operations, and business teams to support successful product delivery and commercialization outcomes.

Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, SaaS project management, or a related discipline.
- 4 years of experience using Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices, tools, and processes.
- Experience in strategic planning, project lifecycle management, portfolio management, compliance, and change management.
- Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and communicating plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of product management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
