About this role
As a Senior Project Manager – Technology Improvement, you drive strategic quality, technology, and operational improvement initiatives across Global Service. You lead complex cross-functional projects from definition through implementation, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you play a key role in driving operational excellence, strengthening project governance, and enabling sustainable business improvements across the organization.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead strategic projects, programs, and technology improvement initiatives across Global Service
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects and interconnected programs
- Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, budgets, resources, and timelines in alignment with business priorities
- Coordinate international project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups
- Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, resource utilization, and timelines while driving timely corrective actions
- Facilitate steering committees, management reviews, workshops, and decision-making forums with senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and fact-based decision-making through performance analysis, lessons learned, and best-practice implementation

YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Management, or a related discipline
- Several years of experience leading complex projects or programs from definition through successful implementation
- Proven track record in project and program management within international and cross-functional environments
- Strong experience in transformation, change management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
- Ability to work independently in complex global matrix organizations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
- Fluent English skills combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities; experience in Service Operations, Quality Management, or the wind industry is an advantage
