Sr. Contracts Manager
Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Our culture is built on integrity, collaboration, and innovation , ensuring that every challenge is met with perseverance and accountability.The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of contract management, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance oversight of complex agreements. This role supports business development, legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure contracts are aligned with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in contract law, negotiation strategy, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, subcontractor agreements, licensing agreements, and government/commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAR/DFARS for government contracts).
- Maintain contract templates and contribute to process improvements in contract workflows.
- Negotiation & Risk Management
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks through careful structuring of terms and proactive issue resolution.
- Escalate high risk or non standard terms and collaborate with legal counsel on complex issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact for internal departments (Legal, Finance, BD, Operations, Procurement) on contract matters.
- Support proposal teams during RFP/RFQ responses by advising on contractual terms and providing contract related documentation.
- Partner with program managers and project teams to ensure contract compliance during project execution.
- Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure all executed contracts are properly stored, tracked, and monitored for obligations, renewals, and amendments.
- Prepare for internal and external audits, including government audits (where applicable).
- Train internal stakeholders on contract compliance best practices and obligations.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Law, Finance, or related field required.
- JD or advanced legal commercial degree is preferred but not required.
- 8-10 years of experience in Legal, Paralegal, Contract Management
- 4-6 years Experience in government contracting (FAR/DFARS) and/or commercial contracting, depending on the industry.
- 4-6 years Prior experience in a regulated industry such as defense, pharmaceuticals, tech, or construction
- Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proficient in contract management software as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Conga, DocuSign CLM, etc.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
