About this role

As a Director, Health Plans, this professional will own the full account relationship, serving as both the account executive and the day-to-day success owner for their clients. They will be responsible for a deep understanding of customer needs, fostering enduring relationships, and driving both growth and retention without a dedicated support layer as an Account Executive.

This is a hands-on role: the person in this seat is expected to run their own accounts, build their own analyses, and operate independently in a fast-moving, startup-paced environment. They will possess proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with an analytical, results-driven approach focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

- Independently build the account-level analysis behind recommendations — including enrollment and portfolio data, opportunity sizing, and client-ready materials.

- Facilitate or host webinars with experts to enhance customers' product knowledge.
- Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals.

- Prior experience in a startup or lean, high-ownership environment. (1-3 years)

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar client-facing role carrying both relationship and commercial outcomes. (2-4 years)

- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly terms.

- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
