Job Title: Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst
Location: Fort Meade, MD
Onsite
Salary: $125,000–$135,000/year
Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support DoD/Intelligence Community operations .The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in joint targeting, target system analysis, all-source intelligence, CDE, BDA, and dynamic/time-sensitive targeting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct joint target intelligence, target development, and target system analysis.
- Perform Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and combat assessment.
- Support dynamic and time-sensitive targeting operations.
- Integrate GEOINT, SIGINT, and all-source intelligence.
- Develop targeting products, assessments, and briefings.
- Support target prioritization and operational planning.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of directly related intelligence/joint targeting experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
- Joint Targeting School certification.
- Experience with CDE methodology, target system analysis/development, BDA, and dynamic/time-sensitive targeting.
- NSA or USCYBERCOM support experience.
- GEOINT/SIGINT/all-source intelligence integration experience.
- Master's degree in a related field, or Bachelor's degree + 17 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and briefing skills.
Preferred: Experience supporting NSA, USCYBERCOM, DIA, Joint Staff, or Combatant Commands.
