The Marine Systems Technician will work closely with our engineering, service, and marine operations teams to take vessels from initial integration through commissioning and on-water testing.

This is a hands-on role well suited for someone with experience in marine rigging, electrical systems, boatbuilding, automotive systems, or a similar technical trade. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and producing clean, reliable, professional-quality installations.

Company Culture

At Flux Marine, we are focused on building safe, reliable, high-performance electric propulsion systems that improve the boating experience.

Our team works in a highly collaborative environment where employees have the opportunity to contribute directly to the products and boats we put on the water. This role offers significant hands-on exposure to emerging marine technology and the opportunity to work alongside engineers, technicians, customers, boatbuilders, and integration partners.
