About this role
Your job is more than a job
Lead Compliance Strategy. Strengthen Accountability. Drive Meaningful Change.
Healthcare compliance is more than understanding regulations—it’s translating complex requirements into practical strategies that protect our patients, support our teams, and strengthen our organization.
In this role, you’ll provide leadership across key areas of the compliance program, partnering with facility and department leaders to identify risk, develop effective compliance work plans, strengthen policies and processes, and turn data and regulatory requirements into action. You’ll also lead and develop Compliance Specialists while serving as a trusted resource for leaders navigating complex healthcare compliance matters.
If you’re an experienced compliance professional who can move comfortably between strategy and execution , this is an opportunity to make an impact across the health system.

- Analyze compliance metrics, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with facility and department leaders to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to address them
- Supervise, mentor, and develop assigned Compliance Specialists while providing oversight of day-to-day work and performance
- Assess, develop, and update system compliance policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements and organizational needs
- Help operationalize new policies by developing workflows, addressing implementation barriers, and educating stakeholders
- Design and deliver compliance education tailored to different audiences across the organization

You bring strong project management, program development, analytical, and leadership skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization. You’re comfortable investigating sensitive issues, interpreting data, identifying risk, developing policies, and providing thoughtful guidance when the answer isn’t always black and white.
You also bring specialized knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and HITECH, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
