Ensure all inventory adjustments, related service issues, other financial issues, and discrepancies are researched and reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and conduct second cycle counts
- Review daily Materials Movement Exception report and Goods Over Receipt reports and reconcile discrepancies. Perform adjustments to correct financial errors. Record and report information via correct documentation.
- Manage all assigned error queues using various systems
- Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary
- Investigate service failures and customer complaints. Create RGA’s and perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct inventory.
- Assign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with SOPs
- Conduct audits of receiving functions including put-aways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets. Assign errors for SOP compliance errors in these functions.
- Effectively communicate with various levels and teams within the company to resolve discrepancies.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience:
- 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility. Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$23.25 - $33.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
