We are looking for an Operation Specialist who will be a Fully proficient Floor Management professional working independently on floor planning, exhibitor placement, venue layouts, event-floor coordination and operational planning activities . the Operation Specialist May guide junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities
Events Planning and Delivery - Plan and deliver smaller events to ensure that the events are produced according to schedule, within budget, and meet all deadlines, and work closely with, and coordinate activities of, all other parties involved in the design, development, sales, marketing, and delivery of the events.
Business Meetings/Events Arrangement - Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events.
Operations Management - Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
Cost Management - Analyze costs and budgets to help track budgets and support cost control.
Events Development and Design - Support the generation of new ideas and topics for conferences and events; develop detailed proposals and business cases that support company marketing plans.
Multiagency Work - Communicate and coordinate with other professional teams (including some that are over organizational boundaries) to ensure service users experience cohesive and seamless support to meet their needs.
Work Scheduling and Allocation - Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Personal Capability Building - Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Costing and Budgeting - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to systematically estimate, allocate, and control costs in order to manage financial resources effectively. Typically works with guidance.
Budget and Control - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to create, analyze and monitor budgets in line with organizational and project/program criteria; identify trends and forecasts. Typically works with guidance.
Cost Account Control - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to track, evaluate, and report on operational and/or project costs, including raw materials, resources, effort, etc. to reveal the actual costs of the project/services provided. Typically works with guidance

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Italy - Milan (Via Marostica) €32 600 - €54 300. 





This role is covered by a collective labor agreement in Italy.
