The Core Responsibilities!
- Modifying facilities drawings for as built condition or to incorporate design & layout changes
- Creating or modifying presentation documents
- Assisting with site verifications, field surveys or deficiency reviews
- Providing project administrative support (record keeping, transmitting, copying, packaging drawing, filing, etc.)
Let's Talk About You!
- Currently enrolled in third year (or higher) of a university or College-level architecture or design program.
- Working knowledge of space planning and design methodology.
- Working knowledge of design drawings and documentation.
- Working knowledge of the furniture layout principles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design process and phasing procedures.
- Intermediate MS Office application skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite software.
