About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a passionate Commis de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while upholding the highest standards of excellence that define Four Seasons.
What you will do
- Prepare and present high-quality food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes and standards.
- Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations, ensuring readiness for service.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food quality, stock levels, and proper storage procedures, including rotation and labeling.
- Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives.
- Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and cleaning activities across different kitchen areas as needed.
What you bring
- Previous culinary experience or experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
- Proficient knife skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken. English proficiency is considered an advantage.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time, fixed-term position requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
The position is at the D1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience
