As a Process Engineer Lead (m/w/d) , you will directly report to our Head of Operations Vernier, and you will join our Compounding Manufacturing Department in Vernier (Switzerland) .

You will be in charge of driving sustainable improvement of fragrance manufacturing processes by optimizing process, material, and information flows to improve service, efficiency, quality, inventory, cost, and production performance. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Innovation, MANEX, CoE Engineering, CI, EHS, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering. You will identify and implement solutions that strengthen process capability, reliability, productivity, and operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local requirements.

In this exciting role you will :

- Analyze operation processes and identify opportunities to improve flow, capacity, productivity, quality, reliability, and cost;
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks, waste, variability, and non-value-added activities;

- Optimize process, material, and information flows, including workplace and production-flow design;

- Apply engineering, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and CI methodologies to solve recurring operational issues;

- Identify and support automation, digitalization, and technology improvements, including business cases and benefit tracking;

- Support industrialization and implementation of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies;

- Develop and standardize process parameters, operating methods, documentation, and best practices;

- Partner with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Innovation, MANEX, CoE Engineering, and CI to ensure solutions are safe, compliant, robust, and sustainable;

- Manage assigned improvement projects from definition through implementation, stabilization, and benefit realization;

- Manage the team, set objectives, do monthly reviews, and create development plans for collaborators

Your success profile includes:

- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or continuous improvement;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Proven Change Management experience;
- Proven experience dealing with technical topics within production;
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification is beneficial;
- Proficiency in SAP and other systems;
- Proficiency in data analysis (including coding;
- Fluency (oral, written) in French and English languages.
