- You have a valid TB Test, CPR Certification, & Work Physical within the year?

Your Pay!

- Registered Nurse: ($45 - $50 / hour)

Your Schedule!

- 1-on-1 Skilled Home Visits (2 hr, 4 hr, 8 hr, 12 hr shifts)

- Part-time and/or Per Diem

- Fill in Facility Staffing

Your Responsibilities!

- Port/PICC line, TPN, IV Pain meds, and Fluids/TPN

- Medication Administration, Wound Care, Skilled Nursing services

- Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care

- Monitor and track changes in the client/patients conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed

- Proactively updates client/patients family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
