Job Summary

State Street Alpha is seeking motivated Officers to join the Alpha Product organization. These roles will support Product leaders and teams in driving strategic initiatives, product governance, business management activities, roadmap execution, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

The Officers will partner closely with Product leadership and cross-functional teams to help coordinate priorities, monitor execution, facilitate governance processes, and support strategic planning activities. These positions offer significant exposure to senior leaders and provide opportunities to develop broad experience across product management, business strategy, governance, and operational execution. Product teams are responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, and governance activities that support Alpha's continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support product leadership teams in executing strategic priorities and operating plans.
- Assist with product governance activities, leadership meetings, and business reviews.
- Coordinate development and tracking of product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, reporting packages, and management updates.
- Track action items, milestones, dependencies, and risks across product initiatives.
- Support business planning, goal setting, and performance tracking activities.
- Partner with Product, Implementations, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Support communications and change management efforts for strategic programs.
- Drive project coordination and follow-through across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of professional experience in product management, business management, strategy, consulting, project management, operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
- Financial services experience preferred.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
