About Team:

The AI (Artificial Intelligence)/M365 team is a key part of WTW Corporate Platform’s Technology function, focused on delivering AI (Artificial Intelligence)-first, automation, analytics, and modern digital solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across the enterprise. Our globally distributed team comprises AI (Artificial Intelligence) engineers, cloud specialists, analytics professionals, and Microsoft 365 experts who leverage technologies such as Azure, OpenAI (Artificial Intelligence), Gemini, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to develop intelligent applications, generate data-driven insights, and implement scalable automation solutions. As demand for AI (Artificial Intelligence)-powered capabilities and analytics-driven decision-making continues to grow, we are expanding our team to accelerate the delivery of high-impact, scalable solutions that support business transformation and create value across the organization.

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI (Artificial Intelligence) Developer who can turn ideas into working prototypes fast. You will build conversational agents, automations, and AI (Artificial Intelligence)-powered applications primarily on low-code and agent-builder platforms, dropping into code where the problem demands it. The ideal candidate is platform-fluent, has a strong bias to build, and is comfortable moving from a whiteboard concept to a demonstrable proof-of-concept in days, not weeks.

What You’ll Do

- Design and build AI (Artificial Intelligence) agents, copilots, and automated workflows using low-code platforms and agent-builder frameworks.
- Rapidly prototype: take a loosely defined idea or business problem and produce a working proof-of-concept quickly, then iterate based on feedback.
- Integrate agents and applications with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
- Apply sound engineering judgment — error handling, basic evaluation, security and access considerations — even within low-code environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to scope use cases and decide the right build approach (low-code versus custom code).

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on proficiency with at least one low-code AI (Artificial Intelligence) or automation platform, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or Azure AI (Artificial Intelligence) Foundry.
- Experience with at least one AI (Artificial Intelligence) agent-builder platform such as Lyzr, Moveworks, or a comparable agentic/RAG builder platform.
- Prior software development experience in any programming language (for example Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java) — you can read, write, and debug code when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype — translating an idea into a functional prototype quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence)-assisted development and fast iteration.
- Strong, hands-on command of cloud concepts on at least one major provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) — able to independently provision, configure, develop against, deploy, and operate cloud resources and services. Comfortable owning an application end-to-end in the cloud, not just consuming pre-built services.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience across multiple platforms spanning the categories above.
- Familiarity with RAG, prompt design, agent orchestration, and integration patterns (connectors, APIs, MCP).
- Exposure to enterprise governance concerns: identity and access, data handling, and AI (Artificial Intelligence)usage policies.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 and Dataverse, or an equivalent enterprise ecosystem.

The Application Process:

- Stage 1: Online application and recruiter review
- Stage 2: Pre-recorded video interview
- Stage 3: Live video or in person interview with hiring manager and team
- Stage 4: Offer and onboarding

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants. If you foresee any barriers, from the application process through to joining WTW, please email [email protected] .
