Wing Supervisor
Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm Sunday-Thursday
Starting Wage: $19.00/hr, with $2 shift differential for second shift
Position Type: Full-Time, Second Shift
Position Overview
The Wing Supervisor provides leadership and support to staff while helping ensure residents receive quality services. This role works closely with staff and residents, supports training and development, promotes a positive team environment, and helps ensure services are delivered in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Supervising, coaching, and supporting direct care staff
- Providing staff training and promoting employee development
- Collaborating with residents and staff to support resident goals and quality services
- Ensuring compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- One year supervisory experience and experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
