Within the Digital Platform Services department, our teams specialize in areas such as cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup or storage, as well as networking and security. We also have 1st line support consultants who speak French and English, but also Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

The Application Services department is responsible for areas such as software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM and ERP platform integrations, as well as application management for customers in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.

Job Description

We are looking for Infrastructure Administrator (Integration)  to join Sopra Steria Polska for a project which is providing IT services for a major French telecommunications operator. The position involves focusing on the integration, operation, maintenance and evolution of a supervision and alarm‑handling solution.

Please note that we can only offer a 5-month cooperation period to candidates who are based in Poland. The position operates within a three-shift schedule: 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, and 10:00–18:00 with the project scheduled to start on November 1st, 2026.

Responsibilities:​
• Configure telecom equipment through the new supervision and alarm‑handling solution interface.
• Integrate and maintain business features such as alarm enrichment, mapping, correlation, reporting, and automation.
• Maintain and evolve ETL processes and data flows used by supervision and alarm‑handling solution.
• Perform technical and functional tests and maintain technical & functional documentation.
• Support and maintain a supervision and alarm‑handling solution integrations and services in production, including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor the health and performance of a supervision and alarm‑handling solution services and integrations and proactively identify operational issues.
• Collaborate directly with customer, network/OMC, infrastructure, and application teams to coordinate technical activities and resolve incidents.
• Develop administration and configuration scripts and work with APIs/Web Services and other integration mechanisms.
• Prepare and support production deployments, including prerequisites, technical validation, post-deployment checks, and rollback procedures in a private cloud/Kubernetes environment.

• Linux RHEL, Windows.
• NOSSIS suite.
• Scripting (admin/config scripts).

• Monitoring: Grafana/Prometheus.

Qualifications

Must have requirements:​
• At least 3+ years of experience in system integration, monitoring, or application operations.
• Strong Linux knowledge.
• Ability to work with supervision tools and process operational incidents.
• Good analytical skills and autonomy.
• Practical experience with: GitLab, Airflow, Grafana, Kafka, Kubernetes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
• English (French is a strong advantage depending on activities).
• Availability to work on a 5-month project starting in November.
• Being open to visits in our office in Katowice or Gdańsk.

• DevOps toolset: Web Services

• BDD Oracle/Postgres
