Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time Student Behavioral Coach Supervisor to join our Child & Family Services team! As part of our School Based Services program, this position will provide leadership, training, administrative oversight, and ongoing supervision to Student Behavioral Coaches.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
1. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff and interns as requested by the Clinical Manager.
2. Provide administrative oversight to Student Behavioral Coaches through Paycom and Company Mileage.
3. Provide consultation to Student Behavioral Coaches as needed to assist with time management skills, documentation skills, and adherence to agency standards as requested by Clinical Manager.
4. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of summer programming as requested by the Clinical Manager.
5. Conduct case management, skills training and development, and other services according to Southwestern policies and service standards of referral sources.
6. Provide case management services to children and families referred by school, Southwestern Behavioral assessment team and therapists, the Department of Child Services, the Office of Juvenile Probation, the System of Care, and other potential referral sources. Case management includes but is not limited to communicating with all parties involved in the individual/familys treatment; identifying treatment needs and facilitating all necessary referrals; coordinating and attending collateral meetings with all parties involved in the treatment process.
7. Work cooperatively with other Southwestern staff to coordinate and monitor services provided to families.
8. Monitor quality of services by direct observation and contacts with clients.
9. Conduct skills training sessions in assigned schools with identified children, assisting them in obtaining and maintaining their optimal level of functioning in the school setting.
10. Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect patient progress and document treatment plans and goals.
11. Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
12. Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
13. Meet efficiency standards which include chart management, patient contact, and daily production standards.
Qualifications
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred field of study in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or other closely related human service field.
- Experience working with children who have serious emotional disturbances is preferable.
- Possess the ability to assess emergency situations and react in an appropriate and therapeutic manner.
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
