How will you fit in the big picture?

The Sr Analyst Creator develops and executes advertising and marketing communications initiatives that
support brand and business objectives. This role serves as a key partner across brand, agency, and
cross-functional teams by creating compelling content solutions, coordinating execution, and ensuring
campaigns are delivered with excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative project management skills with analytical thinking and
communication expertise to translate briefs into effective content and campaign deliverables. This role
plays an important part in helping Hershey brands connect with consumers through relevant, engaging, and
impactful experiences at the Sweetest Place on Earth.

What will you do?

• Develop communication plans and content concepts for assigned campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Translate creative briefs into content deliverables, timelines, and channel-specific execution plans.
• Coordinate content development from concept through production, review, approval, and final delivery.
• Partner with agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets align with brand standards
and campaign objectives.
• Manage day-to-day communication, action tracking, and issue resolution across project teams.
• Analyze campaign and content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for
improvement.
• Recommend optimizations that enhance audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, and business
results.
• Monitor consumer behavior, communication trends, and competitive activity to identify new ideas and
innovation opportunities.
• Support larger marketing initiatives by coordinating work across internal teams and external partners.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
• 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, content development, advertising, communications,
brand management, digital marketing, or related fields.

• Experience supporting campaign development, creative execution, or content production initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, creators, and cross-functional business partners.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, content management processes, and creative workflows
preferred.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or a
related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The role uses performance information and market trends to improve execution and recommend practical adjustments. It also contributes to larger initiatives by coordinating work across internal teams, agencies, and other partners.

Accountabilities

1. Develop Campaign Content and Plans
Develops communication plans and content concepts for defined campaigns or project components. This work matters because relevant messaging and clear execution plans help reach intended audiences and support brand objectives. Translates briefs into deliverables, timelines, and channel-specific requirements.
2. Manage Content Production
Coordinates content from initial concept through production, review, and final delivery. Effective production management matters because quality, timing, and compliance depend on clear requirements and active issue resolution. Works with agencies, creators, and internal partners to keep assets aligned with brand standards and campaign needs.
3. Coordinate Partners and Deliverables
Manages day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external partners supporting assigned work. Strong coordination matters because clear ownership and timely decisions reduce delays and rework. Tracks actions, resolves routine issues, and escalates risks that may affect scope, quality, or timing.
4. Analyze Performance and Optimize
Reviews campaign and content performance across relevant channels and audience segments. Performance analysis matters because teams need evidence to refine creative choices, channel use, and future plans. Identifies trends, summarizes findings, and recommends practical adjustments that improve effectiveness.
5. Monitor Trends and Recommend Ideas
Monitors consumer behavior, communication practices, channel developments, and competitive activity. Ongoing awareness matters because audience expectations and platform practices change quickly. Shares relevant insights and proposes ideas that improve campaign relevance, engagement, and execution.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $72840 to $91050 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
