We have multiple opportunities available including: - FT & PRN - Types of Roles: RN Case Manager, Admissions RN, After Hours RN, Visit RN - Schedules are 12 hour shifts with rotation of days - Territories include: Peoria, Pontiac, Bloomington, Ottawa, Pekin, Kewanee and surrounding

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 / year PLUS Gas Card/Auto Allowance, Full Benefits, PTO/Vacation, 401K with a match, and MORE!

Requirements

What You Bring

- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- One (1) + year Hospice, home health or related organization experience preferred.
- Compassion for patients and families navigating end-of-life care
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in the field
- Excellent communication skills across care teams and families
