Summary: Provides operational and administrative support to the Business Support team by ensuring accurate invoicing, handling customer and service provider claims, maintaining compliance with financial control requirements, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- Advanced level of English;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

The Business Support Trainee will provide support to the team in the following activities:

​ Invoicing:

- Collect and validate the information required for invoicing in the Michelin solutions internal systems.
- Ensure the customer billing process is carried out in compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Collect and analyze the necessary data for the preparation of invoices, for all revenue streams.
- Calculate and validate invoices in accordance with the expected deadlines (billing calendar);
- Manage vehicle inflows exits and transfers to ensure accurate updates of the customer's fleet.

Dealing with value complaints received from customers and service providers:

- Analyze incoming complaints.
- Resolve claims in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate and adequate responses to customers and service providers.

Compliance with financial transaction rules:

- Ensure full traceability of financial transactions.
- Archive all supporting documentation in accordance with applicable local regulations.

- Issue reports requested by partners, customers, service providers, managers, according to the data agreed in the operational calendars or ad hoc requests;
- Handle ad hoc problems;
- Collaborate with the direct manager on new tasks relevant to the position
