We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of   Aisstant Director, Data Analytics

In this role, you will:

- Consult with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to review briefs, validate feasibility, and define target audience rules.
- Advise on segmentation approach, frequency capping/contact fatigue, and expected audience sizing to improve campaign outcomes.
- Build and format channel-ready audience outputs for email, push, in-app, web personalisation, and direct mail partners.
- Reconcile record counts between source queries (e.g., Teradata) and destination platforms to ensure no data drop-off.
- Write advanced Structured Query Language scripts to extract, transform, and segment high-volume customer data from customer relationship management and customer data platforms.
- Build, maintain, and quality-assure audience lists within customer data platforms and customer relationship management databases.

To be successful you will:

- Strong experince of 8 to 14 years and analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred
- Good knowledge of Analytical and Machine Learning concepts like modeling, forecasting, segmentation etc
- Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline engineering specializations. Understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of programming tools, with proficiency in one or more of the following: Statistical Analysis System, Structured Query Language, BigQuery and Python.
- Enthusiasm for proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases for new data and/or tools/wider industry trends
