Job Summary
Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery & Burn Management

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Burn Management practice. This role is ideal for a collaborative healthcare leader who enjoys developing teams, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations for a single-site or multi-site surgical practice
Lead and develop administrative and clinical support staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and coordinate solutions for staffing and operational challenges
Monitor practice performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery
Partner with physicians and leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational goals, and budget planning
Oversee payroll processes, support revenue cycle activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements, and mandatory training standards
Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing operational support and cross-coverage as needed

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Supervisory experience 5-7 years required and Experience working in a healthcare environment 5-7 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong and proven leadership skills.
- Ability to work with staff of all levels.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and math skills.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, physician billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
