About this role
The Transformation Management Organization Analyst is responsible for driving disciplined execution of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives. This role develops and manages integrated project plans, coordinates dependencies, identifies and mitigates risks, facilitates cross-functional decision-making, and provides executive-ready reporting on project health and performance. The Analyst will work across Quality, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and other business functions to ensure projects deliver their intended business, waste reduction, quality, and timing objectives.
To excel in this role, you'll need a robust blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and strategic thinking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with 3+ years of professional experience
- Project Management Prowess: Demonstrated experience developing project plans, managing schedules and dependencies, tracking deliverables, facilitating project meetings, managing risks and issues, and driving actions to closure.
- Project Management Tools: Experience using project-management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Rally, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to move between different projects and quickly learn new technical or functional domains based on organizational need.
- Strong Project Communication and Influence: Ability to translate complex project information into clear, actionable guidance for project teams and concise, high-impact status updates for leadership. Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across departments and functional teams.
- Navigate Ambiguity with Resilience: Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, manage competing priorities, use sound judgment, and drive projects toward resolution with limited direction.
- Global Flexibility: Ability and willingness to support transformation initiatives and projects across the United States, Mexico, Hungary, and India, while working effectively across different time zones, cultures, and business environments.
